Shipping & Returns


Pure PawPaw hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

What is your returns policy? You have 30 days from the day you receive your order in which to return all or part of it for a full refund. We are more than happy to process a full refund on all items so long as they are unused and returned in the same condition you received them.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Please note that if you have paid for shipping on your order, this is non-refundable unless we have sent your item in error.

How do I return my order?  You are responsible for getting the goods back to us so please retain your proof of postage.
If you require to exchange an item, please include a note in with the parcel requesting this exchange. Please note we can only exchange items if they are unused and returned in the same condition you received them. 
(Im just trying to make things easy for ourselves… or maybe we insert exchange instructions on the dispatch note or have exchange instructions on the dispatch email!)

How long will it take for you to process my return?
We aim to process your return as quickly as we receive it, but during busy periods it may take up to 5 working days.

Do you refund the initial delivery cost to me when I make a return?
We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty, damaged, or if we have mistakenly sent in error.
